NO Is the wiring between the finisher controller PC board and the punch controller PC board correct? NO Correct the wiring. YES Measure the voltage between CN14-5 (+) and CN14-3 (-) on the finisher controller PC board 24 V? NO Replace the finisher controller PC board. YES Replace the punch controller PC board.
